Return & Refund Policy

At Gold Gulf Coast Design, many of our products are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer. Because of the custom nature of our work, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items unless the item arrives damaged or we made an error with your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will work quickly to replace or correct the issue.

Personalized & Custom Orders

Please carefully review:

  • Names

  • Dates

  • Spelling

  • Design selections

  • Sizes and colors

before submitting your order.

Once production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Non-Custom Items

Non-personalized items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if:

  • the item is unused,

  • in original condition,

  • and returned in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Product Variations

Due to the nature of engraving, wood grain, metal finishes, and screen display differences, slight variations in color, texture, and engraving appearance may occur.

These small differences make each piece unique.

Shipping

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
