Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed in the order they are received.

Because many of our products are custom-made and personalized, processing times may vary depending on:

  • product type,

  • customization requirements,

  • order volume,

  • and seasonal demand.

Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Custom bulk orders, event items, and large personalized projects may require additional production time.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using available carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • or other regional carriers

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout when available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • package size,

  • weight,

  • destination,

  • and selected shipping method.

Tracking Information

When available, tracking information will be provided by email once your order has shipped.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear within the carrier’s system.

Delays

Gold Gulf Coast Design is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • weather,

  • carrier delays,

  • holidays,

  • incorrect shipping addresses,

  • or circumstances outside our control.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number,

  • photos of the packaging,

  • and photos of the damaged item.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier directly.

Local Pickup (If Offered)

Local pickup may be available for select orders. Customers will be contacted with pickup instructions when applicable.
